CHATTAROY, Wash. – Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit are currently investigating a stabbing that occurred after a road rage incident on Saturday morning, resulting in one adult male victim being hospitalized with “potential life-threatening injuries,” the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) reported.
Deputies responded to the 22900 block of North Elk Chattaroy Road near North Newport Highway at around 7:25 a.m., following a report of a stabbing.
