BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) – An inaugural community block party offered families a fun-filled day while giving them a chance to learn about resources in the area.
Family Services of Southern Wisconsin held the party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 825 Liberty Avenue in Beloit.
