FOREST PARK, Ohio (WXIX) – A 14-year-old driver is under arrest and charged with leading Forest Park police on a chase in a stolen vehicle that ended in a crash early Monday.
The Kia Soul went over the dam and nearly into the lake at Winton Woods, a 2,529-acre park in western Hamilton County, police tell FOX19 NOW.
The teen got out and tried to run off but only made it about 100 feet before officers took him into custody without further incident…
