INDIANAPOLIS – Three firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling an early morning fire on the near east side of Indianapolis.
Crews were dispatched around 4:30 a.m. Monday to a home in the 200 block of North State Avenue. That’s between East New York Street and East Washington Street.
There, firefighters found a two-story home on fire. Photos showed multiple units at the scene, with the home sustaining significant damage. The residence was vacant.
