A cluster of thunderstorms is expected to move across north and central Georgia late tonight through Monday, bringing the potential for strong to severe storms capable of damaging wind gusts, heavy rainfall, frequent lightning, and localized flooding. Additional isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Tuesday, while dangerous heat returns early next week with heat index values reaching the triple digits and a Heat Advisory possible Monday and Tuesday.
