SHREWSBURY – Emerald Run – a 150-townhouse development being worked on at 33-69 Green Street – has been ordered to immediately halt construction. The Conversation Commission issued the ruling on July 21.
The Cease and Desist order was issued after Conservation Commission members complained that Pulte Homes, the developer, was allegedly not following the agreed-upon measures intended to preserve the adjacent wetlands.
