Crossgates Mall announced in a press release today that a new addition will be arriving in the food court: Duchess Cookies, a luxury cookie brand out of New York City, plans to open a new location at the mall before the end of summer. The cookie shop’s mission is simple and delicious: turn cookies into luxurious dessert-level experiences for your taste buds.
