CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – City of Promise is accepting applications for a program designed to help parents and children work toward educational, career and financial goals together.
The DreamBuilders program supports families seeking greater stability by pairing them with a coach who helps them identify goals, address barriers and connect with available resources.
