Hemp businesses in Virginia must follow stricter THC rules following Aug. 15 law change

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Hemp businesses in Virginia are now required to follow stricter rules governing how hemp products are made and sold in the state.

As of Aug. 15, any product containing more than 2 milligrams of THC cannot be manufactured or sold as a hemp product in Virginia.
