Harrisburg police officer pleads after dragging woman by hair: court docs

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg police officer plead no contest in the assault of a woman in York County Monday.

Lee Brown, 39, of Mount Wolf was charged in early June in connection to a domestic incident where he reportedly dragged her by her hair and sprayed her with a squirt gun.
