ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Monroe County is considering implementing an animal abuse registry, similar to those recently enacted by some surrounding counties.
The proposal would require those convicted of certain crimes involving animal cruelty to be added to an online registry with the hopes of preventing additional abuse.
