MEDINA, Ohio – When it comes to improvements to the South Elmwood parking lot, the city and the owners of the Legacy Hotel are planning to split the bill.
Economic Development Director Kimberly Marshall said the engineer’s estimate for parking lot improvements is roughly $491,000.
“The idea is to split the cost 50/50 with the Legacy Hotel group,” Marshall said. “But we want to see what the bids come in at so we can regroup and decide if we want to move forward.”…
