PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man is facing multiple charges after police say he attacked an officer who was attempting to arrest him on outstanding warrants after allegedly finding him smoking fentanyl.
According to court documents, officers were on bike patrol in Northwest Portland on Saturday, July 25, when they spotted several men allegedly smoking drugs against a building in the 100 block of Northwest 20th Place.
