BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (KATU) — Deputies in Clark County are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing and endangered 91-year-old man.
Willis Arseneau walked way in the area of 27900 N.E. 174th Ave. in Battle Ground between noon and 1 p.m. on Monday.
