Man shot by Border Patrol in Portland pleads guilty

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The man accused of attacking federal agents with his car in Portland has pleaded guilty to depredation of federal property.

Luis Niño-Moncada appeared in court with an interpreter.
