Lidl US will open a new grocery store at 7511 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, Virginia, on Aug. 12, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:40 a.m. Regular hours will be 8 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
The opening continues the discount grocer’s expansion in Virginia, home to its U.S. headquarters in Arlington. The store will carry the retailer’s private label products, global imports and fresh local produce.
Shoppers who use the Lidl Plus loyalty app can earn points on purchases and access member offers and personalized coupons. The company launched Lidl Plus in the U.S. on July 15.
