Armed and dangerous: 19-year-old wanted for murder in fatal Albany shooting

ALBANY, N.Y. — The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s help in finding a 19-year-old Albany man wanted on murder and other felony charges, offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Authorities say Jacqua Cowan, also known as “Quaski,” is wanted on an Albany County Court warrant issued June 11. He faces 10 charges, including second-degree murder, first-degree conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon, in connection with the fatal shooting of Jamier Allen.
