ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Two teenagers were injured in Albany after they were involved in a head-on collision on Tuesday afternoon. The Albany Police Department responded to the incident in the area of Delaware Avenue and Hurlbut Street.

Officers responded to the reported personal injury auto accident involving an electric bike just after 4 p.m. When they arrived, officers learned that two 15-year-olds had been riding the same electric bike and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
The teenagers were treated on scene by the Albany Fire Department and emergency medical personnel for non-life-threatening injuries. They were then sent to Albany Medical Center Hospital for further evaluation.
