CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Two tow truck drivers accused of chasing a man down the road and pistol-whipping him remain in the community as their criminal case continues to drag on.
WBTV first told Rdele Olive’s story in 2024 but the case against the people accused of assaulting him has staggered and stalled.
