DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A piece of construction equipment fell off a truck bed and tumbled into the street in Harrisburg Tuesday morning.
Dispatchers told CBS 21 that the accident happened after an excavator crashed to the ground around 9:46 a.m. near the intersection of Second Street and Mary Street.
