HONOLULU (Island News) – A critical hit-and-run resulted in one person being hospitalized early Tuesday morning.
At approximately 6:50 a.m. on Sand Island Access Road, an unidentified driver made a left turn from a driveway onto Sand Island Access Road northbound, and struck a 21-year-old driver who was headed southbound.
As a result of the collision, the 21-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle and hit a telephone pole. Paramedics took him to a nearby hospital in critical condition…
