This fun and unique fundraising event is coming up, and you might want to get a team together!
Mt. Vernon River Days is held right on the Ohio Riverfront downtown in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. The festival is held to remember the rich historic heritage enjoyed by the Ohio River town. The 2026 River Days will take place September 11th and 12th, and will feature family favorite events, entertainment, and, of course, delicious food booths. Throughout the years, I have seen a lot of fundraising events that stand out because of how unique they are. For the second year in a row, there’s going to be a special fundraising event in Posey County during Mt. Vernon River Days. This event involves people literally pulling a massive fire truck.
