LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A University of Kentucky freshman is suing the university and its dorm operator, claiming they ignored warnings before she was attacked in her residence hall, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
The lawsuit identifies the plaintiff as Lauren Morales Maiorino, an 18-year-old freshman who was living in Jewell Hall at the time of the alleged attack.
