ORANGE, Ohio (WJW) — An all clear has been issued in Orange after a gas line was stuck Wednesday, July 29.
The “construction accident” closed the area of Brainard Road and Miles Road for more than an hour. The all clear was given at 10:20 a.m.
Shelter-in-place orders had been issued and power was shut off in the immediate and surrounding areas.

“The natural gas has dissipated, and the affected buildings within the impacted area were tested by HAZMAT professionals and have been determined to be safe for reoccupation.At this time, all evacuation and shelter-in-place orders have been lifted, and businesses may resume normal operations,” an updated message from Orange Village officials stated…
