Downtown Greensboro is slated to welcome a new coffee and cocktail destination this fall. Blendology, planned for 112 N. Elm Street, is targeting a September opening, with co-owner Rene Ramos confirming the plans to WhatNow Charlotte.
According to the Triad Business Journal, Blendology is being developed by husband-and-wife team Michell Reyes and Ramos. Inspired by Reyes’ Honduran heritage, the concept will combine specialty coffee, craft cocktails, and a community-focused atmosphere.
According to the publication, the couple has invested approximately $200,000 into the 1,500-square-foot space. After navigating permitting delays, the owners are now aiming to open in September and expect to begin hiring six to seven full- and part-time employees in August…
