District Attorney CJ Robinson told the Elmore County Commission on July 27 that the 19th Judicial Circuit continues to handle one of the heaviest criminal caseloads in Alabama while operating with limited resources, warning that continued population growth and increasing demands on the justice system will require additional staffing.
