A former manager at a Fall River cannabis dispensary has been found not guilty on all federal charges stemming from his alleged role in a February 2024 armed robbery of a cash courier outside a Swansea bank.
Elgun Mikaiylov faced accusations that he supplied inside information about cash pickup schedules and courier routines, helped plan the holdup, and shared in the proceeds. A federal jury in Boston acquitted him of the charges last month, according to reports of the case outcome.
