A Denver smoke shop that had its license suspended due to a litany of alleged illegal sales will soon have a new owner.
The city’s Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection in May suspended the license of Vibe Smoke Shop at 7530 E. Colfax Ave. after accusing the shop of selling illegal psilocybin and THC products, as well as selling alcohol and selling products to underage customers.
The licensing department said the owner of Vibe and the city have reached a settlement agreement in which the owner will transfer the shop’s tobacco license to a new owner within three months and will not operate the business during that time period, according to a news release issued Wednesday…
