A Florida community has banned spandex and leggings in its school, and parents and an online petition have led the school board to try and amend that dress code.
Last week, the Hillsborough County School Board, per TampaBay.com, approved a dress code policy that forbids spandex or leggings “unless worn as an undergarment or covered by clothing that extends to at least mid-thigh.”
