PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – An investigation is underway at Chinook Landing Marine Park in Fairview following reports of shots fired in the area.
Multnomah County deputies arrived at the park, located in the 5200 block of NE 223rd Ave., around 12:30 a.m.
