Bellflower man booked for murder after fatal Temecula crash

A 38-year-old Bellflower man has been booked on suspicion of murder following a fatal Riverside County crash in which investigators determined he was under the influence of alcohol, authorities said Thursday.

Deputies responded to Rancho California Road and Riesling Court in Temecula shortly before 7 p.m. July 24 after receiving reports of a major-injury traffic collision, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.

At the scene, deputies found a pedestrian suffering from major injuries and three vehicles with significant damage.
