(WJET/WFXP)– The Erie man accused of stabbing his son has pleaded guilty and waived a single felony charge at his most recent court appearance.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office told us 60-year-old James Dunn Jr. waived one charge of felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver as part of a plea agreement at his preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

In exchange, prosecutors agreed not to pursue all other charges, including aggravated assault.
