TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Holland man was arrested for allegedly attacking a woman before stealing her phone and purse.
James McDay Jr., 34, of Holland, was arrested on July 29 by Toledo Police, records show. He’s facing charges of felonious assault and aggravated robbery.
