A Massachusetts man is jailed in Franklin County following a high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
James Davis, 29, was arraigned on fleeing or eluding, receiving stolen property and related offenses on July 25 and put in the county jail on $200,000 bail, according to court records.
Earlier that day a state trooper on patrol on Interstate 81 near exit 14, Guilford Township, was notified that a stolen white Jeep Cherokee was headed his way from the Shippensburg area.
