OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — New court documents reveal more information in the case of a woman’s body found in the North Canadian River. Stephanie Slade’s body was found badly decomposed near Hogback Road and the Choctaw Bypass in late May. Just weeks later, her family spoke out in search of answers.
The documents now reveal that she was a homicide victim and how law enforcement may be honing in on a potential person of interest.
“It’s been, you know, it’s been very empty,” Slade’s former mother-in-law Doretha Slade Holman said.
