The restaurant’s sign is still not up. But the ‘best pizza ever’ is wowing Meridian

Whether it’s thin-crust and simple, or deep-dish and smothered in toppings, pizza is a subjective cuisine.

But one thing is undeniable in the Treasure Valley. A small but die-hard segment of Idahoans considers Boise Crust, a food truck serving Detroit-style pizza, to be phenomenal.

And now it’s a restaurant, too. Located at 1580 N. Stonehenge Way in a Meridian strip mall, Boise Crust has opened its first brick-and-mortar. “The building sign is a couple weeks away,” owner Kirk Gothard explained recently on social media, adding, “… GRAND OPENING SOON!”…
