CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Colorado man who reportedly assaulted and robbed a Cheyenne man in a June 2025 incident was arrested and will begin the criminal process in Laramie County today. His two felony charges could result in upwards of 20 years in prison if he is convicted.
David Fulmer, born 1983, is charged with aggravated assault and battery and robbery causing bodily injury. Both are felonies and each carry a maximum potential penalty of up to 10 years in jail and $10,000 in fines. Fulmer’s preliminary hearing, which will be used to determine if there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial, is July 30.
