FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WKRG) — More than a century after Fairhope’s oldest hotel first welcomed guests, the Fairhope Hotel is opening its doors once again following an extensive restoration.
Burglary investigation in Tillmans Corner leads to two arrests
A ribbon-cutting ceremony held Thursday afternoon marked the grand reopening of the historic property, celebrating a new chapter for a building that has been part of the city’s history for generations.
The hotel, originally built in 1925, was purchased by Fairhope resident, Shelley Springer, who said her goal was to restore the hotel to its former glory.
