A Lane County deputy district attorney defended a plea deal in which a Cottage Grove man pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of 29-year-old Rozaleena “Rozy” Rasmussen.
Anthony Wesley Tyrrell, 33, was sentenced Wednesday, July 29, to more than six years in prison.
