Tennessee Aquarium IMAX reinstalls 70mm projector to screen Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — For the first time since 2016, moviegoers will have rare chance to see director Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” in true 70-millimeter at the Tennessee Aquarium IMAX theater.

The projector was first installed in 1996, but was retired when the theater upgraded to an IMAX with laser digital projection system.

It has now been reinstalled specifically to show “The Odyssey.”
