SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A Modesto man has been indicted on federal charges for illegally possessing ammunition, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.
Amador Faalaga, 39, was charged by a federal grand jury with being a felon in possession of ammunition. U.S. Attorney Eric Grant announced the indictment.
According to court documents, Faalaga possessed 16 rounds of 9 mm ammunition on July 2. He is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition due to a prior felony conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in the Eastern District of California…
