BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Residents were evacuated early Friday morning after fire crews responded to an overnight fire at The Millennium Towne Center apartments.
According to the Baton Rouge Fire Department, fire was found on the second and third-floor balcony areas of one of the buildings around 3 a.m. No injuries were reported.
The fire was extinguished before it could spread to the building’s interior. BRFD stated that damage was limited to the balcony areas…
