In a packed East Bank District storefront, local businesswoman Erica Gilliam celebrated among Shreveport-Bossier dignitaries and stakeholders the fourth year of Streetcar Station.
On Friday, July 31, Streetcar Station Snoballs — an authentic New Orleans Snoballs & New Orleans Ice cream shop — celebrated its fourth year of operation in its current location at 409 Barksdale Blvd.
