STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — An off-duty New York City fire marshal was arrested Friday evening and charged with assault on Staten Island, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
Vincent Atkinson, 46, was taken into custody at 7:15 p.m. within the confines of the 120th Precinct, police said.
