LANTANA, Fla. (CBS12) — A 110 mph traffic stop turned into a major break in a three-year-old deadly crash investigation after troopers discovered a warrant for the driver accused of killing a pedestrian as a teenager.
Chris Enrique Espinal-Duron, 20, of Riviera Beach, was pulled over Monday after a trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol caught him speeding on Florida’s Turnpike in St. Lucie County.
