Two adults were confirmed killed at the scene. At least two teens, seat-belted and in the smaller vehicle survived. It’s unclear if the teens are the children of the adults. The teens were airlifted by Trauma Hawk to Saint Mary’s Medical Center. Their injuries are considered critical.
The identities of those killed were not immediately released. We expect an update from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office once their investigation is further along.
