Palm Beach’s real estate market has not slowed down, even in the summer months, with a $76 million oceanfront estate finding a buyer.
The Palm Beach Island residence at 5 Via Los Incas, which went under contract this week, is listed with Gary Pohrer of SERHANT.
“People don’t realize just how small Palm Beach really is,” says the agent. “There are only 67 oceanfront homes on the island. This sale shows that the sky is the limit as this type of inventory is perpetually scarce in the market.”
