A popular Palm Beach café is crossing the bridge into West Palm Beach, bringing its beachy brand of coffee, breakfast, smoothies, and lunch to one of the city’s busiest southside corridors. Drift Palm Beach is planning a second location, giving West Palm residents a new option for the kind of casual daytime food that disappears quickly when everyone suddenly decides they are “eating healthy.”
The new Drift is planned for 4919 South Dixie Highway, according to What Now. The announcement did not include an opening date, but the location will expand the café beyond its original Palm Beach home.
Drift’s existing café is the work of husband-and-wife owners Lindsey and Josh, who describe the concept as a fresh take on breakfast and lunch served in a bright, welcoming setting.
