A retaining wall next to a ramp on the Kennedy Expressway has led to an emergency closure, officials said.
According to the Illinois Department of Transportation, the affected ramp is on the inbound side of the Kennedy at Lawrence Avenue in Chicago’s Jefferson Park neighborhood on the northwest side.
