Pedestrian with serious injuries after being struck on Niagara Falls Boulevard

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A pedestrian is suffering from serious injuries after being hit by a car on Niagara Falls Boulevard in the Town of Wheatfield late Saturday night, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on the Niagara Falls Boulevard between Williams Road and Walmore Road. According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, a preliminary investigation showed the pedestrian was walking in the westbound lane of Niagara Falls Boulevard when they were hit by a Chevrolet Malibu.

The victim was taken to Mount St. Mary’s Hospital before being flown by Mercy Flight to the Erie County Medical Center with possible life-threatening injuries…
